The Partners
James Milk qualified as a Solicitor in May 2007 (currently non-practising) and is therefore regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. He is a memberof STEP(The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Richard Wood is also a memberof STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). He is currently adding to his extensive experience by training with STEP. Both partners hold Law degrees and have both completed the Legal Practice Course.
Both partners have worked in numerous law firms, have significant legal experience in dealing with private client work and have therefore gained a variety of experience. We are both continually undertaking further courses to remain up to date with the changes in the industry. As partners of the firm, we believe that development in the profession is very important as this helps clients in the long run with a greater knowledge and understanding of the law.
