We can complete the application to the Probate Registry for the Grant of Probate, as well as complete all the HMRC Tax Forms and assist with any enquires HMRC may have.
This leaves you and the family to administer the estate once the Grant of Probate has been obtained.
*Depending on if it is a Taxable Estate
We will:
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the Grant of Probate application
- Apply for and obtain the Grant of Probate.
- Complete HMRC Tax Forms and correspond with HMRC as necessary.
- Consider the validity of the Will, if relevant.
- We will send the Grant of Probate to the Executors or Administrators to allow them to complete the estate administration process.
